    The Inclusive Workplaces for Senior Workers (INSPIRER) project included a comprehensive research study and international survey based on interviews and questionnaires conducted across the partner countries. The study examined how organisations address generational diversity in the workplace, the extent to which they consciously manage age-related challenges, and what models and practices they use to support employees aged 55 and over. The findings provided valuable insights into current workplace practices and informed the development of practical tools and recommendations for creating more inclusive, age-friendly working environments.
