The ROSE project flyer is now available, providing a concise overview of the project’s objectives, partnership, implementation phases, and innovative training resources designed to promote employee well-being and resilience in the workplace.

The flyer introduces the project’s international consortium and outlines the main stages of implementation, from idea generation and co-creation with end users to prototype testing, training material development, multilingual adaptation, and dissemination activities across Europe. It also invites organisations and stakeholders to collaborate with the project throughout its implementation. 

In addition, the publication presents the ROSE Employee Learning Package, a comprehensive training programme consisting of three complementary learning resources:

• the Reinventing Employee Mentoring Handbook, supporting HR professionals and mentors in addressing workplace challenges such as stress, burnout, work overload, depression, and eco-anxiety;
• the Inspiring Through Storytelling Course, helping mentors use storytelling as a creative learning and engagement tool;
• the Play to Explore Business Game, an escape room-inspired role-playing game designed to strengthen workplace cooperation, problem-solving, and employee skills. 

The flyer also highlights that all training resources will be available in seven languages and encourages organisations, HR professionals, trainers, and mentors to join the ROSE community and contribute to creating healthier, more resilient workplaces across Europe. egészségesebb és ellenállóbb munkahelyi közösségek kialakításához.
