ROSE Newsletter #1 Now Available

The first ROSE project newsletter introduces the project’s goals, highlights the first international partner meetings in Greece and Latvia, and presents the innovative training resources being developed to support workplace well-being, stress management, and employee development.

The first ROSE project newsletter has been published, introducing the project’s objectives, its first professional achievements, and the initial activities of the international partnership.

The newsletter presents the ROSE project’s mission to develop a free, gamified training programme that promotes workplace well-being, stress management, and the development of young employees’ skills. The project is built around three innovative learning resources: the Employee Development Handbook, the Workplace Game, and the Storytelling Self-Learning Course, all designed to provide practical support for HR professionals, mentors, and employees.

The publication also reports on the project’s first international partner meeting, held in Piraeus, Greece, in June 2025, where partners collaborated on the foundations of the workplace role-playing game, explored storytelling techniques, and began developing the project’s gamified learning tools. It also highlights the second partner meeting, organised in Riga, Latvia, in December 2025, where the consortium tested and refined the first prototype of the Workplace Game.

In addition, the newsletter invites organisations and professionals to join the ROSE community by participating in project events, supporting the dissemination of the training programme, and contributing to the development of healthier, more resilient workplaces across Europe.
