Internal Testing of the BEHEALTH Intelligent Mentoring Tool Has Started
As part of the BEHEALTH Erasmus+ project, the Intelligent Mentoring Tool (IMT) has been developed to support quality assurance in nursing education and work-based learning across Europe.
The IMT is an innovative 360-degree self-assessment platform that includes two separate surveys: one for vocational education and training (VET) institutions and another for organisations providing work-based learning. The questionnaires enable leaders, educators, students, graduates, and employers to evaluate the quality assurance practices of their institutions from multiple perspectives.
Compared with traditional quality assurance questionnaires, the IMT provides a more comprehensive evaluation by covering not only educational quality but also mental health and well-being, occupational health and safety, and environmental sustainability.
The platform was developed by TREBAG Ltd. (Hungary) and is currently available in five languages: English, Hungarian, Slovak, Greek, and Turkish. On 12 March 2026, the project partnership organised an international internal testing workshop, where representatives of nursing education institutions and work-based learning providers tested the platform in all five languages. The feedback collected during this phase will be used to refine and improve the system before large-scale external pilot testing begins in all partner countries.
