The Green-On Erasmus+ project aims to support businesses and vocational education and training (VET) organisations in the practical implementation of sustainability goals while promoting green innovation and organisational transformation. The project is based on the recognition that although sustainability is a priority for many organisations, they often lack practical tools that can be easily integrated into their everyday operations.

The project is implemented between 1 December 2023 and 30 November 2025 under Polish coordination within an international partnership. The consortium brings together organisations from Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Hungary, including Trebag Ltd. 

Throughout the project, practical learning and self-assessment tools are being developed to help organisations evaluate their current sustainability performance, identify areas for improvement, and integrate environmentally responsible practices into their daily activities.

One of the project’s key outputs is the Green-On Management Handbook, accompanied by an online self-assessment system and the GreenspiratiOn interactive business card game. These resources provide engaging, practice-oriented methods for supporting organisational change and encouraging sustainable thinking. In the long term, the project contributes to strengthening sustainable business practices, developing green skills, and fostering a culture of innovation across organisations.
