ENFORCE – thEmatic Network FOr expeRienCe bEekeepers

The ENFORCE – thEmatic Network FOr expeRienCe bEekeepers Erasmus+ project aims to support beekeepers and related professionals by promoting innovative, experience-based, and market-oriented approaches. The project responds to the growing economic and environmental challenges facing the beekeeping sector, while recognising that traditional training programmes have primarily focused on production techniques and technical knowledge.
The project is implemented between 1 December 2023 and 30 November 2025 under Hungarian coordination, led by the Kislépték Association, within an international partnership. The consortium brings together organisations from Italy, Romania, Slovenia, and Hungary, including Trebag Ltd.
The project focuses on developing innovative training and digital tools that combine beekeeping, honey tasting, gastronomy, gamification, and sustainability. As part of the project, a multilingual training handbook, an e-learning platform, an experience-based methodological toolkit, and a range of interactive learning materials are being developed.
In the long term, the project contributes to the diversification of the beekeeping sector, the modernisation of knowledge transfer, and the creation of new experience-based business models that help beekeepers increase the added value of their products and services.
