Innovative Support Network for Students in the Field of Online Marketing

The Innovative Support Network for Students in the Field of Online Marketing Erasmus+ project aimed to strengthen the digital and online marketing competences of adult learners and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The project responded to the growing importance of online marketing for business competitiveness, while recognising the limited availability of modern, practice-oriented training opportunities in adult education.
The project was implemented between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2021 under Czech coordination within an international partnership. The consortium brought together organisations from Finland, Bulgaria, Italy, and Hungary, including Trebag Ltd.
The project began with a comprehensive needs analysis to identify the online marketing competence requirements of SMEs, providing the foundation for the development of the project’s educational resources. Based on these findings, the partnership created a Moodle-based online learning platform together with a flexible training programme combining self-directed learning and interactive workshops.

The learning materials focused not only on the technical aspects of online marketing but also on the development of essential soft skills, including creativity, strategic thinking, and decision-making. As part of the project, the consortium developed a three-day workshop methodology, multilingual digital learning materials, and practical training resources that support flexible, learner-centred, and practice-oriented education.
The project’s results contribute to strengthening digital competences, modernising adult education, and enhancing the online presence and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in an increasingly digital economy.
