Intra-Net – Intrapreneurship Net-Playbook
The Intra-Net – Intrapreneurship Net-Playbook Erasmus+ project aimed to foster entrepreneurial and intrapreneurship competences through the use of digital technologies and gamification. The project focused on strengthening innovation, creativity, and collaboration within organisations by applying interactive online learning methods.
The project was implemented between 1 November 2018 and 31 May 2021 under Spanish coordination within an international partnership. The consortium brought together organisations from the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, and Hungary, including Trebag Ltd.
One of the project’s distinctive strengths is the flexibility of its learning activities, which can be easily adapted to a wide range of educational and corporate environments in both synchronous and asynchronous learning settings. The online tools are compatible with mobile devices and e-learning platforms, making them widely accessible and supporting innovative, practice-oriented learning experiences.
The project’s results contribute to the development of digital and entrepreneurial competences while promoting a more innovative, collaborative, and future-oriented workplace culture.
