The project was implemented between 1 November 2018 and 31 October 2020 under Irish coordination within an international partnership. The consortium brought together universities, innovation organisations, business associations, and consultancy companies from Ireland, Czechia, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Poland, and Hungary, including Trebag Ltd.

The project focused on developing an Innovation Management System based on the creativity and collaboration management principles of the CEN/TS 16555 European Innovation Management Standard. As part of the project, the partnership produced a comprehensive guide for SMEs, providing practical support for establishing innovation processes and fostering creative collaboration within organisations.

In addition, the project developed a training programme and a digital learning platform featuring online games, mini-simulations, and interactive innovation tools. The project results were made available in seven languages and continue to support the development of innovation culture, creative thinking, and collaborative business practices in SMEs across Europe.
