The project was implemented between 1 September 2019 and 30 November 2021 under Swedish coordination within an international partnership. The consortium brought together organisations from Lithuania, Greece, Czechia, Hungary, Spain, and Italy, including Trebag Ltd.

During the project, comprehensive research was carried out on the situation, skills, and labour market expectations of older workers. Based on the findings, the partners developed a methodology and training module specifically designed to support the 50+ age group in developing their skills and adapting to labour market requirements.

The project placed particular emphasis on the international exchange of good practices and the testing of training approaches. The results were made freely available, enabling other educational institutions and organisations to apply them. In the long term, the project contributes to strengthening equal opportunities in the labour market and supporting the active social and economic participation of older people.
