A new English-language infographic has been published as part of the ROSE project, providing an easy-to-understand overview of the project’s employee training programme and its innovative learning resources.

The infographic presents the core principles of the ROSE project, which focus on flexible workplaces, sustainable well-being, creative mentoring, adaptive growth culture, and growth through play. The project aims to support employee well-being, skills development, and adaptability through innovative training methods.

It also introduces the project’s three key learning resources:

• the Employee Development Handbook, which combines theoretical knowledge with practical guidance to improve workplace well-being and professional skills;
• the Workplace Game, a role-playing activity that helps employees explore and address challenging workplace situations in an engaging way;
• the Storytelling Self-Learning Course, which uses storytelling techniques to foster creativity, independence, and problem-solving skills. 

The infographic provides a concise visual summary of the project’s main learning tools and demonstrates how the ROSE project helps create healthier, more resilient, and more engaging workplaces.
