BEHEALTH Intelligent Mentoring Tool is Now Available
The BEHEALTH project has launched its Intelligent Mentoring Tool (IMT), a free online 360-degree self-assessment platform for nursing vocational education and training providers. The tool helps institutions evaluate training quality, benchmark their performance against European standards, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
The BEHEALTH project aims to improve quality assurance in nursing vocational education and training. To support this objective, one of the project’s key results has now been completed: the Intelligent Mentoring Tool (IMT).
This free online platform provides a 360-degree self-assessment process for nursing VET institutions. The evaluation involves institutional managers, educators, students, and employers, offering a comprehensive overview of training quality from multiple stakeholder perspectives.
After completing the questionnaires, the institution’s quality assurance manager receives a detailed statistical report. The results show:
- how different stakeholder groups evaluate the quality of the training;
- how the institution’s performance compares to the European average;
- which areas require further development;
- what actions can be taken to improve the quality of education.
